I help people make smart real estate decisions that align with their values and aspirations. I work with fantastic clients and guide them in their next phase in life. For some, this is going from renter to homeowner. Others outgrow their home and they just need more space. My clients have lost loved ones and need to sell their beloved childhood home. My investor clients see great opportunities and want to move fast so they can meet 1031 Exchange deadlines. They are all important clients and I'm so glad I can help them get from here to there.

I am a trusted real estate advisor who is their consultant, negotiator and overseer of the numerous transactional details. In the end -we celebrate and begin a life-long real estate relationship.
When I'm not with my clients - I host gyoza cooking classes, deepen my Taiji practice and just trying to be the best darn mother, wife, daughter and contributing citizen I can be.
